Please Read Carefully Before Booking

These terms and conditions constitute an official agreement made between you (the client or site visitor) and Sagsation (www.sagsation.com) concerning your access to and use of any service done by Sagsation (www.sagsation.com). You agree that by accessing this site you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.  

By booking you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

GENERAL

​

-Face covering is required to be serviced and is to be worn throughout entire service excluding lip waxing.

-All bookings require a $20 deposit (2) days prior to appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

-Appointment will be canceled 15 minutes after no call/no show. Clients rebooking after no call/no show will be required to pay full amount before service is rendered.

-We require 12 hours notice for canceling appointments. We ask this so we may open up your time-slot to another waxing client. We understand things happen like traffic, kids, jobs and life but please allow ample time to make your appointment time.

-If we run into delays with your appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to a casualty on your part, your appointment will be our first priority. 

-Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that slow and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

-We understand, very rarely, hair might be missed. To get your money's worth, we have a 2-day re-visit policy. When scheduling, please inform your wax expert, you would like a touch-up, and we'll gladly correct it for you.

-No Extra Persons

 

DEPOSITS

​

Unless stated otherwise, there is a 40% non refundable deposit required to secure all appointments that is credited towards your service. No shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled service forfeits the 40% deposit. (Plus 100% of any special order expense). Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service will result in a 40% credit toward next appointment. This is good for one use.  Deposits can be made to any of the following payment methods.

GRACE PERIOD

​

 The grace period is circumstantial, and not always guaranteed. Always text if you are running late to see if there will be enough time for service(s) booked.  

 

LATE POLICY/SQUEEZE-IN FEE

​

If you are late and miss your originally scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit. Full price of the new appointment is due if time permits.  

​

AFTER HOUR/SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

 

For same day appointments or inquiries outside of my normal business hours, there is a 40% surcharge unless stated otherwise. Please call or text Sagsation's business number

ADD ONS/CHANGES

​

To add on services or change your scheduled appointment, you must first cancel the original appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Then you will have the option create a new appointment with desired changes. Changes are not permitted once the cancellation window begins. Cancellations or changes made within this time are subject to a fee.

CANCEL/RESCHEDULE

​

You can cancel or reschedule at any time through the link in your confirmation email.  Always refer to the cancellation policy before booking, as well as making any changes to your scheduled appointment.

 

 AGE

​

 18 years of age - 16 years of age with written parental/guardian consent.

​

NEW CLIENTS

​

 Please bring your identification card to your first appointment.  We may ask to confirm.

- Make sure all information is up to date & accurate when booking. This is how you will receive any alerts or confirmations.

 - Provide any current or past medical prescriptions, conditions, or routines.

 - Always come with clean skin for necessary service.  (Not required for facials)

- Please refrain from bringing extra guest except children that can sit still.  

 

PREGNANT/NURSING

​

- Always mention you are pregnant before any appointments.

 - It is completely normal to experience more sensitivity during this time.

 - Please do not book the vajacial service if you are pregnant.

 

FIRST TIME WAXERS

​

- Avoid irritating or harsh ingredients leading up to appointment.  

- Clients may wax during the menstrual cycle as long as a fresh tampon is worn. If you do not feel comfortable waxing during your cycle or wearing tampons, please schedule appointments after your monthly cycle to avoid cancellation fees.  

- Please do not trim!

 - Hair should be at least 1/4 of an inch long. (Grain of rice)
